Fixed-price packages

Our Family Court Packages

Each package is fixed-price. You know exactly what you're getting before you pay.

Case Strategy & Initial Analysis

£200

A 60-minute deep-dive consultation into your case, followed by a written Strategic Advice Roadmap outlining your strongest legal arguments and recommended next steps.

  • Full review of your case history and any existing court orders
  • Professional analysis of your paperwork
  • Written Strategic Advice Roadmap delivered after the session

This session does not resolve your dispute. It gives you the map — so you stop making expensive procedural mistakes and start making moves a Judge will respect.

Litigant-in-Person Case Support

£400

For the parent who wants to represent themselves but needs expert back-office support — so the paperwork is right the first time.

  • Drafting your Position Statement (the 1–2 page document the Judge reads first)
  • Professional help with court applications and financial disclosure forms (C100, Form E)
  • Courtroom etiquette coaching — how to address the Judge, when to speak, what not to say

We are your advisors and ghostwriters. As Litigant in Person, you remain responsible for signing and filing all documents.

Full Courtroom Support — The McKenzie Friend Package

£720

Full support from document preparation through to sitting beside you on the day.

  • Preparation of your Witness Statement
  • Attendance at your hearing — in-person or remote
  • Real-time quiet advice, note-taking, and thought organisation during the hearing

A McKenzie Friend generally has no Right of Audience — we cannot speak to the Judge or cross-examine witnesses on your behalf. We are the power behind the throne: organising your thoughts, flagging key points, keeping you steady when the pressure is on.

Fact-Finding & Final Hearing Preparation

£280

If there are allegations of harm, the court holds a Fact-Finding hearing — essentially a mini-trial. This package prepares you to handle it.

  • Evidence Bundling — texts, emails, police reports organised into a format the Judge can use
  • Scott Schedule Drafting — the formal table of allegations and responses the court requires
  • Cross-Examination Prep — the specific questions you need to ask the other party

We work with the evidence you provide. We cannot source evidence — but we ensure everything you have is presented logically, not emotionally.

Ad-Hoc Hourly Support

£60/hour

A safety net for when you need a quick answer, an urgent document reviewed, or a letter drafted — without committing to a full package. Billed in 15-minute increments.

  • Urgent document reviews
  • Drafting professional letters to the other side
  • Phone coaching for mediation appointments (MIAMs)

Legal cases are unpredictable. This option exists so you always have access to expert support when something unexpected lands.

A solicitor at £200–£350/hour costs £1,600–£2,800 for a full hearing day — before VAT. Our Full Courtroom Support package is £720, fixed.
